By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the betwiner platform — including but not limited to the sportsbook, live casino, slots, crash games, and any promotional features — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you (the player) and betwiner (the platform operator) with respect to your use of the service. They supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement governing your use of betwiner. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless otherwise expressly stated.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on betwiner, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

2.2 Registration Process

When registering for a betwiner account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and a valid phone number linked to your chosen mobile wallet payment method (such as bKash or Nagad).

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registered information at all times. If your personal details change — including your phone number or address — you must update your account information promptly. betwiner reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at registration or any subsequent update.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each person may hold only one registered account on betwiner. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If betwiner identifies duplicate accounts, all such accounts will be closed, any pending withdrawals cancelled, and any bonus-derived winnings forfeited. In cases of fraud or deliberate circumvention of limits, the full account balance may be withheld pending investigation.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP verification codes with any other person. betwiner will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team at support@betwiner immediately. betwiner accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials confidential.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

betwiner accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT): bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay (United Commercial Bank), Visa debit/credit cards, and Mastercard debit/credit cards. All payment methods must be registered in your own name. Third-party payments — deposits made from an account not belonging to the registered player — are prohibited and will result in withdrawal of funds and possible account suspension.

3.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at betwiner is ৳500. There is no minimum deposit higher than this threshold. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are processed instantly and reflected in your account balance in real time. Card deposits may take up to 15 minutes depending on your issuing bank's processing time.

3.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. betwiner reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed if verification documents are outstanding or if a withdrawal triggers a review under our security or anti-fraud procedures.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• You must have wagered at least the equivalent of your deposit amount once before a withdrawal can be processed (this is to guard against money laundering, not a bonus condition).
• Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirements before the associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts verified as belonging to the registered player.

3.4 Currency

All account balances, transactions, and betting activity on betwiner are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion fees applied by the platform. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform interface to indicate BDT amounts.

From time to time, betwiner offers bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All such promotions are governed by these general Terms & Conditions as well as any specific promotional terms stated at the point of offer. In the event of a conflict between the general Terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall apply.

4.1 General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements which will be clearly stated before you opt in to any promotion. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated) must be wagered before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim bonuses multiple times using different accounts will be treated as a violation of the single-account policy.
• betwiner reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, or to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings, if it determines that a player has attempted to exploit a promotion in bad faith or in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the offer.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are ring-fenced from your real-money balance. Real-money funds are always used first when placing bets. Bonus funds are activated once your real-money balance reaches zero.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account or converted to cash directly. They must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable.

4.2 Promotional Validity

All promotional offers at betwiner carry an expiry date, which will be stated at the time the offer is presented. Bonus funds or free bets not used before the stated expiry date will be automatically removed from your account. betwiner is not obliged to provide advance notice of individual bonus expiries beyond the original offer terms.

All betting and gaming activity on betwiner must be conducted in accordance with the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, slots, or crash games. These rules are published within the relevant section of the platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

5.1 Sportsbook

All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result issued by the relevant governing body (for example, ICC for international cricket fixtures, and the BPL Governing Council for Bangladesh Premier League matches). In the event that a match is abandoned or officially rescheduled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sporting rules applicable to that event, which are published in the sportsbook rules section of betwiner.

betwiner reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect odds due to a manifest pricing error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account in full. A pricing error is defined as odds that are clearly and materially inconsistent with the market price at the time of bet placement.

5.2 Casino Games

All casino games offered on betwiner use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) supplied by the respective game studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The outcomes of all casino games are determined solely by these RNGs and the published game rules. betwiner does not modify, influence, or override game outcomes in any way.

5.3 Fair Play Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited on betwiner and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and possible legal action:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Collusion between players to exploit casino games or sportsbook markets, including match-fixing or coordinated bet placement.

In addition to the fair play obligations set out in Section 5, you agree that you will not, at any time while using betwiner:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or account operation.
• Use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful under the laws of Bangladesh or any other applicable jurisdiction.
• Attempt to launder money or use the platform as a vehicle for any financial crime. betwiner complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious activity in accordance with its legal obligations.
• Engage in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward betwiner staff, customer support agents, or other players.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or commercially exploit any part of the betwiner platform, including its software, data feeds, or odds.
• Access or attempt to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Charge back or dispute a payment processed through the platform in bad faith or without first attempting to resolve the matter through betwiner customer support.

betwiner reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

All content on the betwiner platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, graphics, software, text, data compilations, odds feeds, and user interface — is the property of betwiner or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the betwiner platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from betwiner without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any betwiner content.
• Use any betwiner branding, trademarks, or logos in any commercial or promotional context.
• Systematically download or scrape content, data, or odds from the platform by automated means.

Game titles and their associated assets remain the intellectual property of their respective studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). betwiner operates these games under valid commercial licence agreements with each studio.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betwiner and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical faults, service outages, or connectivity issues that are outside of betwiner's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Inaccuracies in sports data, statistics, or third-party content displayed on the platform.
• Any delay in the processing of deposits or withdrawals attributable to a third-party payment provider.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information, promotions, or content published on the platform that contains an error.

betwiner's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

betwiner provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure platform availability and data accuracy, we do not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

9.1 Closure by the Player

You may request to close your betwiner account at any time by contacting our customer support team at support@betwiner. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days. Accounts subject to an active investigation may not be eligible for immediate closure until the investigation is resolved.

9.2 Closure or Suspension by betwiner

betwiner reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity verification or age verification checks.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Detection of duplicate accounts held by the same individual.
• Court order or instruction from a competent legal authority.
• Prolonged account inactivity (see Section 9.3 below).

9.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity for a continuous period of 12 months. betwiner will send a notification to the registered email address before applying any inactivity measures. After 12 months of inactivity, a monthly account maintenance fee of ৳200 may be deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero, after which the account will be closed. Any remaining balance above this threshold at the time of closure will be returned to the player upon request and completion of identity verification.

betwiner is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes active steps to support players who may be experiencing difficulties with their gambling behaviour. These Terms & Conditions are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of law applicable to online service agreements. betwiner operates as an international online gaming platform serving players in Bangladesh and other permitted territories.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team, you may escalate the matter in writing. betwiner will acknowledge escalated disputes within 5 business days and aim to provide a full written response within 20 business days of receipt. All escalated dispute correspondence should be directed to support@betwiner with the subject line "Formal Dispute — [Your Account Username]".

betwiner's decisions on matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account management are final where those decisions are made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. In all other matters, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing any formal legal remedy.
